I have lived with anxiety for a very long time. I am on meds for this and other mental health difficulties. My meds work but I was still living with anxiety especially related to uncertainty and people-pleasing issues. Learning from Emily has helped reduce my anxiety substantially. I have also needed less medication for sleep, which is the first time in a long time. I am impressed and surprised by how much this experience has changed my life and how I interact with my anxiety.
