I recently participated in Emily’s “Mini Retreat for the Soul” not knowing much and I’m so glad I took the leap. I left the retreat with a sense of peace that I haven’t felt for months. For most of my life, I have struggled with anxiety and depression, never severe enough to need medication, but just enough that both have the capacity to leave me not feeling or operating at my best.
