Greetings again, all you lovely people!
As promised, here’s the other 1-minute video I made for you.
I share a powerful paradigm shift that I experienced during cancer. It’s been interesting to see the ways it’s influencing my conversations with my “I love you” apple in this experiment. If you are in the midst of your own apple experiment at home or if you are considering joining us in this adventure, watch this video for some ideas!
And if you have no interest in joining the apple adventures, but you ARE in the midst of your own health challenges, take a peek at the video, too! The paradigm shift I talk about continues to influence my life and health and it might just offer new possibilities to you 🙂
If you missed the full blog post on the apple experiment, check it out here: https://dremilycolwell.com/warning-profanities-will-be-involved/. Be sure to comment below the blog with some of the phrases you’re using in your own apple adventures at home. There are a trillion different phrases we can use for this and I know it will help others to be able to read examples of some of the things people are saying. For example, my 4-year-old daughter has been calling the “I hate you” apple “poopy” and “stupid”. See? The options are endless!

Or come join my upcoming class series and get a taste of the possibilities we can create together! I have a new series starting at the end of September and will be sending out the link as soon as it’s ready so keep your eyes out for that or check this link for updates:
Here’s a testimonial from one of my class participants:
“Emily has helped me to get to a more peaceful place in my life. The methods that she teaches and how she connects with people makes the process feel completely natural.“
Warmly,

Emily Colwell, MSSW, ND
